Shipping, refunds & cancellations
What the store sells
Small club items: kits and parts handed over at club sessions (or shipped where noted on the item), and digital files (such as STL models or guides) delivered as downloads on your order page immediately after payment.
Delivery
Physical items are normally handed over in person at the next club session after payment; if an item is shipped, the item page says so and delivery takes 5–10 working days within India. Digital files unlock instantly on your order page.
Cancellations
You can cancel any order yourself, free, at any point before payment. After payment, contact us the same day and we cancel and refund physical items not yet handed over or shipped.
Refunds
Wrong, broken or missing physical item: full refund or replacement — tell us within 7 days of receiving it. Digital files are refunded if the file is corrupt or not as described. Verified payment failures auto-refund via the payment gateway (Razorpay) to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days.
